Support Groups

At JFCS, we understand that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming—and that sharing your experiences with others who truly understand can make all the difference. Our Support Groups offer a caring, welcoming space to connect, express your feelings, and learn new ways to cope. We listen to our community and create new groups whenever there’s a need, so you can always find support that fits your journey. Explore the descriptions of each group below, then complete a Request Service E-Form. One of our staff members will reach out to guide you, answer your questions, and help you take the next step toward support and connection.
