Raechel brings a proven track record of excellence to JFCS, along with more than 20 years’ experience in strategic planning, fundraising, operations, and management. She is a strategic thinker who knows how to work within the Jewish Federation system and understands how to build relationships with the Board, and community. Raechel most recently served as Chief Development Officer at the Library Company of Philadelphia, where she increased awareness and strategically positioned the Library Company as a premier destination for the exploration of history and education. She previously held positions at the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia and KleinLife.
Raechel holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Rider University and a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. She resides in Cherry Hill with her husband, their two children, and the family’s two dogs. Raechel can be reached at rhammer@jfedsnj.org
