Navigating the Disability Continuum: The Transition Years

The JFCS Disability Services Committee presents a free virtual workshop series on Navigating the Disability Continuum.
Our April program will address the transition years (ages 14 – 21).
Learn how to access agencies, programs, and services to help your child transition from adolescence to adulthood, including:
– Transition and the IEP (Individualized Education Program)
– Adult programs and services of the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD)
– Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS) and the workplace
– Support coordination agencies
– Community resources
