BBYO South Jersey Region
Kavod Award

Isaac Rudofker is the Regional Director of BBYO South Jersey Region (SJR), which serves over 600 Jewish teens across 14 chapters in Southern New Jersey. A proud SJR alumnus, Isaac was an active teen leader, serving as Regional S’gan, before earning a Psychology degree with a Spanish minor from Syracuse University. Inspired by his mother’s legacy in Jewish nonprofit work, he returned home to give back to the community that shaped him.

Now in his third year with BBYO, Isaac brings passion and purpose to his role, helping teens thrive through meaningful, youth-led experiences. Under his leadership, SJR offers a wide range of programs—from fun events like Big League Dreams and pool parties to impactful initiatives focused on leadership, social justice, and Jewish identity. The region includes seven BBG chapters (for those identifying as female), five AZA chapters (for those identifying as male), and two co-ed BBYO chapters in Cherry Hill/Voorhees and Princeton/Mercer.

Teens participate in regular chapter events, regional gatherings, and global opportunities through BBYO’s international network. SJR even has its own Torah, used during regional conventions to enrich spiritual moments.

Isaac finds deep fulfillment in seeing the positive impact BBYO has on teens’ lives. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his fiancée, Zoë, and their puppy, Piper—and he’s a devoted Survivor fan who has seen every season.
