Full Article Text: Jewish Family & Children’s Service is proud to announce its 19th Annual Dubrow Vocational Celebration Breakfast, taking place on Friday, November 21, 2025, at Congregation Beth El. Sponsored by the Dubrow and Gelman families in loving memory of Ellen and Ron Dubrow, this signature event honors the achievements of individuals and employers who exemplify empowerment, inclusion, and independence through the JFCS Supported Employment Program.

The breakfast celebrates the partnerships that make meaningful employment possible for individuals with disabilities and highlights the transformative impact of supported employment—helping clients build confidence, skills, and self-sufficiency.

This year’s honorees include Brendan Faust (Scrub Daddy), Scott Greenberg (Bright Lights USA, Inc.), Kalina Liu (Gloucester City High School), Gavin Marshall (Medford Leas), Kate Spadaro (Sari Isdaner Early Childhood Center), and Khalil Walton (Acme Markets, Maple Shade). The Employer of the Year Award will be presented to Gofer Parts, and the Barbara Abrams Supported Employment Award of Distinction will be presented to Kelly Krwawicz.

The Kosher breakfast buffet opens at 8:00am, with the program beginning at 8:30am. This event is free and open to the community, but advance RSVP is required at jfcssnj.org/vocbreakfast.

Join us as we celebrate the empowerment, independence, and potential of our Supported Employment clients—alongside the community partners who make this vital work possible.
