Life’s challenges and transitions can sometimes feel overwhelming—but sharing your experiences with others who truly understand can make all the difference. Seeing It Through Together is a welcoming educational and support group for individuals living with low vision, including macular degeneration and other eye conditions.
This group offers a caring space to connect with others, share experiences, and gain practical tools for navigating vision changes. Participants receive both emotional support and helpful resources, along with presentations from experienced professionals.
