Join the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey (JFSNJ) and our family of agencies for Age Well with the Jewish Federation on Thursday, May 28 from 1:30-3:30pm in the Katz JCC Lahn Social Hall. Enjoy an ice cream social while you get the scoop about the older adult programming available to our community members.
- Aleph Home Care & Adult Day Center – Home Care, Adult Day Center, and Older Adult Resource Connections programs
- Jewish Family & Children’s Service – Variety of services for older adults including in home assessments, resource consultations, case management, counseling and support groups\
- Jewish Senior Housing & Healthcare Service – Lions Gate: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Sub-Acute Rehab; Saltzman House: Affordable housing for older adults
- JFSNJ – Older Adult Home Modifications program
- Katz Jewish Community Center – Daily classes, programs, and special events for active older adults
- Weinberg Commons – Housing community for 55
