In Her Own Words: “I have always utilized a client-centered and strengths-based approach in my work. I feel strongly that while identifying a concern or problem is important in focusing on solutions, it is also vital to help our clients recognize their resilience, autonomy, and self-determination in an attempt to help them acquire the tools to succeed. We all have these tools, we may just need a little help wading through what gets in our way to see them.”
