MA, LAMFT
Staff Therapist

Herschel Chaitoff is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that everyone deserves a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where they can feel heard and understood. He works with individuals, couples, and families, with a particular focus on adults and couples. Herschel earned his graduate degree from Touro University Worldwide and has experience working in a community clinic as well as with children and families in their homes.
Herschel has a particular interest in anxiety, relationships, trauma, and the challenges that can leave us feeling stuck or disconnected. His approach is grounded in Person-Centered and Strengths-Based Therapy, along with Gottman Method principles and CBT/DBT. He believes therapy is not about telling people how they should live, but about creating a space where they can better understand themselves, work through what is holding them back, and discover the strengths they already have within. His hope is to help clients experience meaningful change that comes from within; change that feels genuine, personal, and truly their own.
