Lisa Silverman
Lisa is a graduate of the Bryn Mawr School of Social Work. Lisa worked at JFCS for 15 years as a geriatric clinician and provided counseling for older adults. She supported her clients through life transitions and specialized in grief counseling. She also facilitated the Spousal Loss Support Group for several years. Lisa has experience working with teens, young adults and couples, as well.
In her own words: “I love being able to guide people through difficult times in their lives, to help them feel less alone, and to assist them in overcoming personal and interpersonal challenges, My passion is helping individuals heal from painful losses.”
