Margo Orlin, PT, PhD
Incoming Board President
Margo Orlin has been a volunteer at JFCS for over 20 years. She began in the Disability Services Department. She was immediately inspired by the dedication of the agency staff and by the meaningful programs they designed to support people with disabilities to grow and to live their best lives. Her interest and connection to the agency grew, and included participation in the SAIL program, Soups and Sweets, Kosher Meals on Wheels, and a number of other JFCS volunteer activities. She has been a long-time member and co-chair of the Disability Services Committee and has also served as a co-chair of Stepping Out. She became a Board member in 2017 and has served on the executive board. Margo is a pediatric physical therapist and an Associate Professor Emerita at Drexel University, where she has been a faculty member since 1991. She and her husband Alan raised their sons, Joshua and Jeremy, in Voorhees and they are now the proud grandparents of four, all of whom live in Voorhees. She is honored to serve as President of JFCS and looks forward to contributing to the future of JFCS and of our community.
