Meredith Seligman
Meri brings more than 14 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and case management to JFCS. In her role as Director of the Rhona Fischer Family Assistance Program (FAP), Meri has helped to expand the Betsy & Peter Fischer Food Pantry and serve thousands of individuals in need. Prior to transitioning to the nonprofit sector, Meri practiced family law in Camden, Burlington, and Gloucester counties including custody, child support and domestic violence cases.
In addition to Meri’s role in the Family Assistance Program, she oversees all staff professional development workshops and leads the planning for our annual staff retreat. Meri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware and a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University. She is a lifelong resident of Cherry Hill and feels deeply connected to our community. In her free time, Meri enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Scott, their three children, Amanda, Jordan, and Justin, and her beloved puppy, Charli.
