Eileen is a Licensed Clinical Social worker who earned her Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University. She has been working in the field of social work since 1982, with experience in a hospital setting, home care, and a mental health setting. Eileen’s work has incorporated case management, support groups, and supportive counseling. Since joining Jewish Family and Children’s Service, she has added formal counseling as one of her service areas. Eileen uses active listening and a supportive, personal style in working with clients, helping them to identify coping skills and restructure their thoughts to become more positive and hopeful. She has focused her work with the 60+ community, offering support with issues related to aging, grief and loss, and life transitions.
