Are you struggling to cope during these stressful times?

Join us for any of three virtual community workshops to give and receive support in a safe space, facilitated by a JFCS social worker. Share your feelings related to the war in Israel and the rise in antisemitism, get tips on talking to children about difficult topics, and learn new self-care skills and coping tools.
