Jewish Family and Children’s Service (JFCS) is looking for compassionate, motivated individuals to join our Disability Services team and make a real difference in the community. In this rewarding role, you’ll work directly with individuals with disabilities, helping them build job skills, gain confidence, and succeed in workplace settings throughout the community. From hands-on coaching and task training to fostering positive workplace relationships, you’ll play a key role in supporting each person’s path toward independence.
