Life can feel topsy-turvy right now because of global concerns about coronavirus. If you—like many people—are feeling overwhelmed or stressed by it all, know that this is a totally normal reaction! Perhaps now more than ever, it’s important to take time for self-care as we attempt to manage working from home, overseeing our children’s schooling, or caring for elderly family members. Self-care can be as simple as spending a few minutes each day doing nothing. No thinking. No social media. Just sitting, breathing, and getting in touch with your inner self. The JFCS team has put together a list of 20 self-care activities that you can do at home. They’ll help you feel a little better and give you a sense of control during a very uncertain time.
