Learn all about Care Management at our Nov. 30 Disability Workshop!

The JFCS Disability Services Committee will hold its first of four free community workshops on Thursday, November 30 at 7:00pm. Entitled Care Management, this informative program will explore the many issues that aging parents and caregivers should take into consideration as they plan the long-term needs of their loved ones. Presenter Joseph “Joe” Scullin, MSW, will share the knowledge he has gleaned from decades of experience navigating the world of disability services as a parent, grandparent, professional, and mentor. Joe worked for the United Cerebral Palsy Association for over 35 years, retiring in 2013 as Director of Community Social Services. Through his networking and activism, he has helped countless children, families, and organizations identify and secure private and government benefits while supporting them through the complex web of long term planning.

The Care Management workshop will be held in-person at the Amy Silvers Community Building (1707 Springdale Road in Cherry Hill) and will be also streamed live on Zoom for those who prefer to participate virtually.
