Caregivers Support Group offers compassion, understanding

JFCS is proud to offer a wide range of support groups that enable participants to come together, build new skills, and share their experiences with others who understand. The summer session of our Caregivers Support Group is slated to begin on Wednesday, July 17, at 2:00 p.m. on Zoom. Facilitated by an experienced JFCS clinical social worker, the group offers a caring and judgment-free forum for caregivers to make connections and process their feelings of frustration, anger, and guilt. Participants will also learn about creating healthy boundaries, stress busting tools, and relaxation techniques.

Advance registration is required, and there is a $36 registration fee for six monthly sessions (scholarships available). To learn more or to register, please contact Reva Farenback-Brateman at (856) 424-1333 ext. 1184 or rfbrateman@jfedsnj.org.
